A slim fit suit/tuxedo has a contemporary styling with a slimming appearance.  This coat has a slim lapel with a waistline similar to the modern fit, but the body and sleeves have been narrowed further to display a more custom-tailored look. All body shapes work very well in a slim fit suit.

An ultra slim suit/tuxedo has a more distinctive, slimmer fit and feel. The coat has smaller armholes, a tighter arm fit and a tighter fit at the waist button. Pants are slimmer in the hips, thighs and tighter going down to the ankle.
